Designated handicap seating is available along with Companion seats in the same sections. If accommodations are needed in place of an advanced-purchase ticket, please visit guest services in the east upper concourse near the team store to receive relocated tickets to a handicap-accessible seating area. Advanced Ticket Sales
Purchasing tickets for Oklahoma City Barons games can be done at Cox Convention Center Box Office, online at Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000. The Cox Convention Center Box Office is open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster over the phone, through their website are subject to certain fees. Acceptable forms of payment at the Cox Convention Center Box Office include: cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal and company checks are not accepted. All credit card transactions will show up on your bank statement as Oklahoma City Barons.
Applying Winning Weekday Ticket Redemption
When the Barons win on a weekday (Monday - Thursday only) a free ticket for the next Barons weekday home game will be issued from the box office for each ticket purchased. The final weekday game played on April 2, 2013 is a date for redemptions only. There is no carryover to any potential playoff games or to regular season game during subsequent seasons. The original game day ticket MUST be used for redemption purposes. The free ticket issued will be for a ticket in the same price category (no guarantees that the same seat from the qualifying game will be available). The free ticket can be redeemed at the Cox Convention Center Box Office following the game won on the weekday OR at the Cox Convention Center Box Office on the next qualifying weekday game. The free ticket is for weekday games (Monday - Thursday) only. No exchanges for other games are permissible. Fans may be allowed to upgrade to a higher priced seat by paying the difference between price categories.
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of the Oklahoma City Barons. The Barons are not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased from any other source. Any counterfeits or invalid tickets will not be honored. If you purchase from a non-authorized agent, you risk purchasing a lost or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance into Cox Convention Center for the game. Cox Convention Center and the Oklahoma City Barons employ scanning technology for admittance to games. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry into the arena for the event. Lost or stolen tickets may be de-activated, and thus will not be valid for entry into the game. Any ticket that is reprinted makes the original ticket void as the barcode becomes inactive. Anyone who purchases tickets from a scalper or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk.
Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge and are expected to sit in a parent’s lap. Children 2 years and over must have a ticket.
No exchanges are allowed for individual game tickets. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Full Season and 20-Game Mini Plan tickets may be exchanged under the Season Seat Holder Ticket Exchange Program; subject to availability. Unused season tickets may be exchanged at the Barons office during regular business hours or at the Barons box office on game nights in quantities of 10 or less; any exchange request for a quantity greater than 10 must be processed through the Barons Ticket Operations department prior to noon on the date of the game for which the tickets are to be exchanged. Partial tickets will not be accepted; the whole ticket must be available for a season ticket to be exchanged. Exchanged tickets must be surrendered and will not be returned.
Oklahoma City Barons flex tickets can be redeemed at any time prior to the game at the Cox Convention Center Box Office. The exchange will need to occur at least one hour prior to the start of the game. Flex tickets cannot be redeemed over the phone and must be redeemed in person. Each flex ticket designates a specific price level where the tickets are valid. It is suggested that flex tickets should be redeemed at least one week in advance of the desired game, as they are based on availability. A flex ticket IS NOT A SEATED TICKET and must be turned in for a seated ticket. Flex tickets can be upgraded based on availability.

All games are 'Rain or Shine' events. Only in extreme inclement weather are games canceled or postponed. Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined.
Take care of your ticket, as it can't be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for event and seat printed on ticket. The Oklahoma City Barons are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets. Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. Tickets lost, stolen or destroyed prior to the game may be replaced by contacting the Oklahoma City Barons ticket operations department. Only the account holder may request and receive replacement tickets. Please be prepared to present a photo ID, the actual credit card used for the purchase, confirmation number, and exact seat location. The Oklahoma City Barons reserve the right not to replace lost or stolen tickets. Account holders caught fraudulently requesting replacement tickets are subject to account cancellation and such other legal remedies as may be available to the Oklahoma City Barons.
As a security measure, tickets printed for the Oklahoma City Barons are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. The Oklahoma City Barons and Ticketmaster may not be able to issue relocation passes if the original seats cannot be determined. Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced. This cannot be done over the phone. Any ticket that is reprinted makes the original ticket void as the barcode is deactivated.
Coupons, vouchers, season ticket exchanges and flex tickets can be redeemed at the Barons office during normal office hours or the South Box Office at the Cox Convention Center on the night of a game. Only originals will be accepted. These are redeemed based on availability, so it is suggested to redeem them at least one week prior to the desired game. Any ticket packages offered by the Oklahoma City Barons do not apply to day-of-game sales and are not available through the box office. All package sales must be done at least one day in advance of the desired game through the Oklahoma City Barons ticket sales department.
The Oklahoma City Barons’ box office opens two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game. The turnstiles generally open one hour prior to game time. Season Seat Holders may enter the arena 90 minutes before faceoff. The box office remains open until the end of the first period. After this time, tickets can be purchased and/or picked up (will call tickets) until the end of the second intermission. After this time, tickets are no longer available to purchase for that night’s game; however tickets for future Barons home games are available to purchase at the Cox Convention Center Box Office. Partial tickets will not be accepted. No purchases or upgrades are available at this time. Ticket stubs of exchanged tickets are kept for internal purposes and will not be returned.
The following terms apply. You assume any and all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by a cause. You release management, facility, league, participants, clubs, Ticketmaster, and their respective affiliates and representatives from an related claims. Ticket not redeemable for cash. If event is cancelled or rescheduled, no refund required if you're given the right, within 12 months of date of event, to attend a rescheduled performance of the event or to exchange ticket for a ticket, comparable in price and location, to similar event as designated by management, expect as provided by law. Complimentary tickets not exchangeable. If a legal game is not played, ticket may be exchanged for a same priced seat for any other regular same season game if available. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects ticket to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Ticket is a revocable license. Management may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for noncompliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Commercial use of ticket prohibited without written approval. No recording or transmission of any description, account, picture, or reproduction of event permitted. You consent to our use of your image, likeness, actions and statement in connection with any live or recovered audio or photograph or other transmission or publication of event. Alcohol, drugs, contraband, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers may be prohibited. You consent to search on entry and waive related claims. ENJOY THE EVENT!

Payment for Tickets
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only. Checks will be accepted for ticket packages through the Oklahoma City Barons sales department only and cannot be used for single-game sales. All credit card transactions will show up on your bank statement as Ticketmaster, Inc.

The Cox Convention Center enforces a strict no re-admission policy. Any guests exiting the facility, except to designated smoking areas, will not be allowed re-admission.
There are no refunds for tickets purchased. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined. Once payment is received, the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason. Please verify that the seat location, quantity, and game date are correct before making a purchase. All sales are final.
Ticket re-selling/scalping is strictly prohibited. Ticket re-selling (or ticket scalping) on or around the Cox Convention Center property will result in the immediate removal from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate.

Ticket stubs should be retained throughout the event to allow guest services staff to verify the seat location to which the ticket holder is entitled. All guests are required to have a ticket for their seat. Guests may be asked to show their tickets for entry into their seating area. Guests are not permitted to sit in seats for which they do not hold a valid ticket. The Cox Convention Center staff will be checking tickets to safeguard each customer's investment in a ticketed seat.
Will call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. Tickets are alphabetized by last name of the person picking them up. First and last names are required for any tickets left. Company names are not accepted. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver's license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable, or in lieu of a photo ID. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding will call tickets will not be given out over the phone. Tickets purchased in advance that were left for you can be picked up on the day of the game only at the designated will call windows located at the Cox Convention Center Box Office. Will call tickets may be picked up no earlier than two hours before the scheduled start time of the game and will be available at the box office until the end of the first period. Tickets cannot be picked up at the Cox Convention Center Box Office prior to the game. Tickets purchased for another game will not be available until the night of that game unless prior arrangements have been made with a Oklahoma City Barons ticket account executive.
Tickets or passes left by team players usually arrive in the box office approximately two hours before the event start time. Unfortunately, box office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive player tickets until they are delivered to the box office by locker room assistants.
Tickets left by players, coaches, officials, contest hosts or any other third party not associated with the Oklahoma City Barons are responsible for getting tickets to the box office in a timely manner. No exceptions will be made without direct approval to print tickets. Please contact the party responsible for leaving your tickets if concerns arise.
Tickets cannot be purchased at the will call window as it is provided as a convenience to our guests for the sole purpose of distributing tickets. Payment for tickets will not be accepted at will call unless prior arrangement has been made with a Barons ticket account executive.
