Oklahoma City Barons forward Mark Arcobello recorded three assists in the West All Stars dramatic 7-6 win over the East All Stars at the 2013 Dunkin’ Donuts American Hockey League All Star Classic.

Arcobello recorded assists on all three goals scored by Toronto Marlies forward Ryan Hamilton. That included a primary assist on Hamilton’s game-winning goal with just 12 seconds left to play in the game.

The 5-9, 165-pound Arcobello has appeared in 41 games with the Barons this season, scoring 35 points (12-23-35). He is no stranger to success in All Star Games. As a member of the Stockton Thunder, he recorded a hat trick and was named Most Valuable Player of the 2011 ECHL All Star Game in Bakersfield, Calif.

The Barons return to action this weekend with two home games against the Charlotte Checkers. Thursday is a Winning Weekday. Should the Barons win, all fans earn a ticket for the Barons next weekday game. Friday is Concession Specials night with $1 hot dogs and $2 draft beers.

Friday night is Special Olympics Night with the Barons. Oklahoma City players are wearing one-of-a-kind jerseys that are available for bids in a live auction following the game. All proceeds from the jersey auction benefit the Barons Buddies program with Special Olympics.

Faceoff for both games is 7 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. Both games can be heard on the Barons flagship station, 96.1 KXY.

A variety of ticket packages are available to meet every individual or group need. Packages ranging from 7-game and 11-game packs to Full Season Seats are available. Call the Barons’ front office at 405-232-4625 for information on group outings, Season Seats and other ticket packages.

NOTE: Bridgeport Sound Tigers defenseman Matt Donovan also appeared in the AHL All Star Classic on the Eastern Conference squad. Last season, the 22-year-old Donovan became the first player born, raised and trained in Oklahoma to appear in a National Hockey League game when he played three games with the New York Islanders. This season, he has appeared in 40 games and scored 20 points (6-14-20) with the Sound Tigers, the AHL affiliate of the Islanders.
