Emmalee is a 23-year-old who simply cannot live without chocolate – Godiva, preferably, but peanut M&M’s are a perfect substitute. This is her second season as an OKC Barons Ice Girl; she says the energy, fun, and intensity of the sport is a stress reliever from studying for law school and working. Getting the opportunity to be on and around the ice, she says, is the best sort of “work”. If she could spend one day with anyone, she would spend it with her great grandmother, Emma Stelter, of whom she was named after. Her favorite movie is “The Master and Commander” because it’s “full of wit and war. Kind of like hockey.” Besides chocolate, Chicago style pizza is her biggest weakness. She is most proud of her accomplishment to wake up each morning and find her glasses, as she is known to be blind as bat without them.
