Bio

Allgood is serving in a senior-level leadership position with Prodigal LLC. His duties include developing new sports and entertainment events and create partnerships with existing sports and entertainment organizations.

Allgood is in his third year with Prodigal after spending 15 years with the Oklahoma City RedHawks Triple-A baseball team. With the RedHawks organization, Allgood served in a variety of capacities, beginning as the public relations director in 1995. He continued his ascent through the organization eventually serving as executive director through the franchise’s most successful seasons.

As executive director, Allgood guided the RedHawks to their highest single-season attendance marks in the history of baseball in Oklahoma earning him Pacific Coast League Executive of the Year honors in 2005. He was instrumental in operating the annual Bedlam Baseball Series, the Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship, NCAA Baseball Regionals, and multiple MLB exhibition games. Additionally, Allgood was the driving force in creating year-round events at the Bricktown Ballpark such as snow tubing during the holiday season and a variety of concerts ranging from The Dave Matthews Band to local Christian artists. During his time with the RedHawks, Allgood served on the prestigious Triple-A Baseball marketing committee.

Allgood holds a Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma and serves as an adjunct professor in the Price School of Business. From 2009-10, served as the Founding Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Management Division of the Price School of Business. Allgood is currently the past Chairman of the Advisory Board. He is also the faculty representative for the University of Oklahoma Sport Management Club. Allgood serves as the Chairman of Limbs for Life, leading the charitable effort for thousands of amputees world-wide. He is a former President of the Bricktown Association and currently serves on its Executive Committee.   In 2005, he was named a JC Penney Distinguished Visitors Series honoree, awarded to Oklahoma-connected executives in business, government, or academia and as leaders in helping to form society's conventional wisdom.
