Recently Jeff utilized his experience in ticket operations as the foundation for a promotion to Director of Operations for Prodigal. His first major project was the overseeing the operation of the 2012 March of Dimes Sports Headliner Banquet in Oklahoma City. The event raised over $100,000, a record for the 36-year-old gala.

Prior to joining the staff at Prodigal, Jeff worked with the Oklahoma City Redhawks Triple-A baseball team. During his time with the Redhawks, he worked on events such as Def Leppard, Bryan Adams, Bedlam and Big 12 Baseball tournaments and Snow Tubing.

After attending and working with the University of Oklahoma ticket office, Jeff worked with an independent ticketing company, covering events such as the Denver Grand Prix, Miramar Air Show (California), SunFest (West Palm Beach, FL) and Kansas City Air Show, NHRA Races, Craftsman Truck Series races, and multiple theatre shows.

His wide-ranging experience with unique events has allowed him to successfully work with a number of ticket operation systems including: TicketMaster Host, Paciolan, ETix, Tickets.com, ExtremeTix, Archtics and TicketReturn. The experience on multiple platforms provided Jeff with the opportunity to participate in other areas within the ticketing realm such as renewal programs for Season Seat Holders, inventory control, access control for buildings and management of a sales staff.

Jeff is active in the community he lives. In addition to spending his spare time with his wife, Lisa, and their son Logan (5), he serves as a coach for his son’s baseball team and special projects like building homes with Habitat for Humanity, Outside the Box program with Science Museum Oklahoma and Barons Buddies program with Special Olympics Oklahoma.
